At Brightaura LLC, we specialize in digital products and creative services including logo design, branding, and digital assets. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All products are delivered electronically via email or download link after purchase.

Once the file is delivered/accessed, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

The file was not delivered to you due to a technical issue on our end.

The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

3. Service-Based Refunds (Custom Design Projects)

For custom design services (logos, branding packages, website graphics, etc.):

A refund request can be made before the initial draft has been delivered.

Once the initial draft/design concepts are delivered, only partial refunds (up to 50%) may be issued depending on the progress of the project.

After final files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

4. Exchanges

Since digital products cannot be returned, exchanges are not available.

However, if you received the wrong file/product, please contact us and we will send the correct one at no additional cost.
